For custom drying of all woods, Urban Specialty Woods uses a 6,000 board feet Nyle L-300 Dehumidification Kiln. We are experts at bringing your green lumber or slabs to furniture grade moisture content levels.

Joining, Planing and Custom Cutting

Urban Specialty Woods offers special milling and finishing services, including joining, using our Powermatic 16″ Helical head joiner, 25″ helical head planer, 16” Sliding table saw and 43” Wide Belt sander, with two sets of rollers.
