The shop foreman, the one who makes sure stuff gets done and gets done right. Scott has an unbeatable work ethic, a tell-it-like-it-is spirit and a deep creative streak. He has a passion for quality pieces that inspire and a keen attention to detail. Scott takes pride in everything he does, including his devotion to eating jelly donuts and drinking hot chocolate.
Don A. Dailey
A veteran woodworker who’s adept skills lead to a quiet confidence in whatever he is tasked to do. He can turn legs with the best of them and is uniquely talented at making beautiful functional items out of scrap wood. Don keeps a look out for ways to optimize the process and create efficiencies in the shop.

Urban’s driver extraordinaire without whom the team would just be a bunch of talented craftsman with nothing to craft. Nancy picks up lumber at all hours and delivers completed projects to our clients. Nancy is passionate about making things happen and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty in order to get stuff done.
